This site collects as little as possible: what you type into the contact form, and nothing else. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no data sold to anyone. This page explains exactly what is stored, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted.

Only what you send through the contact form:
The server also records the date and time of the submission, and keeps a short-lived record to block repeated submissions from the same visitor within one minute.

To answer you and, if we work together, to run the project. Your data is not used for advertising, is not enriched with data bought elsewhere, and does not feed any mailing list — you will not be added to a newsletter for filling in the form.

The submission is your own initiative: the basis is your consent and the preparation of a possible contract. Under the Brazilian LGPD and the European GDPR, that consent can be withdrawn at any time, by asking me to delete the message.

Submissions arrive as an email in my inbox and are stored on the hosting account that serves this site. They are kept for as long as the conversation is useful — up to 24 months after the last contact — and then deleted.
If we sign a contract, the project data follows the retention required for accounting and tax purposes.

No data is sold or traded. It is only handled by the services needed to deliver the message and keep the site online:
If a project later requires a shared tool (a review platform, a cloud drive), I tell you which one before uploading anything of yours.

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. The only thing stored in your browser is your language choice, kept locally so the site opens in the same language next time. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Project pages embed videos from YouTube, TikTok and similar platforms. Those players only load after you click play, and from that moment the platform's own privacy policy applies to what it collects.

You can ask me, at any time, to confirm what data I hold about you, to correct it, to receive a copy of it, or to delete it. Write to contact@victoou.com and I answer within 15 days.
Deleting the data ends the conversation it belongs to — there is no way to keep replying to a message that no longer exists.

The site is served over HTTPS, the form is protected against automated submissions, and access to the inbox and hosting account is restricted to me, with two-factor authentication. No system is immune to incidents: if one affects your data, I tell you directly.

I work from Brazil with clients in the United States and elsewhere, so your message may be stored on servers outside your country. The providers involved commit to protection standards equivalent to the LGPD and the GDPR.

When something changes in how data is handled, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. Substantial changes are announced here before they take effect.

REVIEW NOTE — confirm before publishing: the real retention period for messages, the email provider in use, and whether you want the company registration and address here instead of your personal name. If analytics or a newsletter are ever added, this page needs a new clause — that is the only point where the structure changes.

O servidor também registra a data e a hora do envio e mantém um registro de curta duração para impedir envios repetidos do mesmo visitante em menos de um minuto.

Para responder a você e, se trabalharmos juntos, para conduzir o projeto. Os seus dados não são usados para publicidade, não são enriquecidos com dados comprados de terceiros e não alimentam nenhuma lista de e-mails — preencher o formulário não te inscreve em newsletter.

O envio é iniciativa sua: a base é o seu consentimento e a preparação de um possível contrato. Pela LGPD brasileira e pelo GDPR europeu, esse consentimento pode ser retirado a qualquer momento, pedindo a exclusão da mensagem.

Os envios chegam como e-mail na minha caixa de entrada e ficam armazenados na hospedagem que serve este site. São mantidos enquanto a conversa for útil — no máximo 24 meses após o último contato — e então excluídos.
Se fecharmos contrato, os dados do projeto seguem o prazo de guarda exigido para fins contábeis e fiscais.

Nenhum dado é vendido ou trocado. Ele passa apenas pelos serviços necessários para entregar a mensagem e manter o site no ar:
Se um projeto exigir depois alguma ferramenta compartilhada (plataforma de revisão, drive na nuvem), eu informo qual antes de subir qualquer material seu.

Este site não usa cookies de publicidade nem analytics de terceiros. A única coisa guardada no seu navegador é a escolha de idioma, mantida localmente para o site abrir no mesmo idioma na próxima visita. Limpar os dados do navegador remove isso.
As páginas de projeto incorporam vídeos do YouTube, TikTok e plataformas semelhantes. Esses players só carregam depois que você clica em play, e a partir daí vale a política de privacidade da própria plataforma.

Você pode me pedir, a qualquer momento, a confirmação dos dados que eu tenho sobre você, a correção deles, uma cópia ou a exclusão. Escreva para contact@victoou.com e eu respondo em até 15 dias.
Excluir os dados encerra a conversa a que eles pertencem — não há como continuar respondendo a uma mensagem que não existe mais.

O site é servido por HTTPS, o formulário é protegido contra envios automatizados e o acesso à caixa de entrada e à hospedagem é restrito a mim, com autenticação em dois fatores. Nenhum sistema é imune a incidentes: se algum afetar os seus dados, eu aviso você diretamente.

Eu trabalho do Brasil com clientes nos Estados Unidos e em outros países, então a sua mensagem pode ficar armazenada em servidores fora do seu país. Os provedores envolvidos se comprometem com padrões de proteção equivalentes à LGPD e ao GDPR.

Quando algo mudar no tratamento dos dados, esta página é atualizada e a data no topo muda com ela. Mudanças relevantes são anunciadas aqui antes de entrar em vigor.

NOTA PARA REVISÃO — confirme antes de publicar: o prazo real de retenção das mensagens, o provedor de e-mail em uso, e se você quer citar o CNPJ/endereço no lugar do nome pessoal. Se algum dia entrar analytics ou newsletter, esta página precisa de uma cláusula nova — é o único ponto que muda de estrutura.
